Job Summary:
The Production Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing daily manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical facility. The role ensures that production processes run efficiently while complying with GMP guidelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and documentation
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams to ensure product quality
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Achieve production targets within defined timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
- Freshers may apply for junior roles
